| Making A Purchase We have endeavoured to make it as easy as possible to make a purchase. Simply browse through our catalogue and add any items you may wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have completed your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to enable us to fulfil your order. We accept credit card payment, from both Visa and Mastercard. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. You may provide your credit card details via phone, fax, ordinary mail, or over the internet. We do not invoice for any item until it is ready to ship, including back orders, but we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order when we receive it. It is inevitable that occassional mistakes may be made in pricing, or in the case of back orders unforseen price increases or lack of availability may occur. In the event of price variations for order confirmation, we will always contact you before invoicing to ensure the revised price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Shipping charges are £4.50 for orders below £60.00, and £9.50 thereafter for delivery within the U.K. For deliveries outside the U.K., please e-mail us, we will be happy to help. |

| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products carry a 7-day no quibble guarantee. In the event that you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return that product, as long as it is in unused condition and in its original packaging, for a refund. We do not refund the original carriage charge. Cost of return carriage is also the responsibility of the purchaser. Restocking fee - We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any goods returned to us after the 7 day guarantee period. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the longitivity of the product, Bromleighs Ltd will not accept responsibility where the product has been installed in adverse positional, physical, or atmospheric conditions, including and not limited to sea air or industrial pollution. This also applies to newly finished properties where wall coverings have not fully cured. Bromleighs Ltd advise professional opinion should be sought where conditions may not be suited, liability resting with that opinion. Faulty goods: All products are guaranteed. In the event of a product becoming faulty within 12 months of purchase, we offer to replace all faulty items; however the return of faulty items, and the re-installation of replacement items is the responsibililty and liability of the purchaser. |
